FAVOURITE EYESHADOW PALETTE!!! Well, besides Urban Decay's Naked 2 Palette of course :''). If I am not using my Naked 2 palette, I am using this. I am dancer and have used this many times when I have forgotten my Naked 2 palette, in fact, before I owned a Naked 2 palette, I used this practically all the time. It has all the colours that I ACTUALLY use. Everyone who knows how to properly apply eyeshadow will know that you use 3-4 colours (sometimes five if the colours are all very similar) if you want to achieve a perfect look. But what the majority of people don't know is how hard it is to find a quality eyeshadow with all the colours that you use. I can't speak for you guys, but from my personal experience I have never come across a bad/crappy quality eyeshadow. They are either eh alright, good or down right amazing. Now I'm sure there are some pretty shoddy quality eyeshadows around, I just (luckily) haven't come across any. I absolutely love Napoleon Perdis' eyeshadow palettes and think that they are excellent quality, but I am yet to come across one where I can use all of the colours in the palette to combine to create one look that I really like. While some of the Prismatic Quad Palettes are gorgeous, I am not going to choose them over a palette of 9 colours that I use all the time and can get for the same price (give or take a few dollars). Please note that I do own both MAC and Napoleon palettes and love them very, very much. As an eyeshadow, the MAC Burgandy Times 9 Eyeshadow Paletter ticks practically all the boxes:

1. Colours I actually use CHECK

2. Excellent quality CHECK

3. Colours blend well CHECK

4. Eyeshadow stays on for long periods of time CHECK

This MAC eyeshadow palette is $65, which is quite pricey considering that you can buy good quality eyeshadows for around $30 from Maybelline and Revlon that look just as good as MAC. However, I love these colours and can always rely on MAC for good quality eyeshadow, this is why I buy it. I would recommend this product to anyone who is prepared to spend a little extra for an amazing eyeshadow. I rate this product 4 out of 5 stars. What about you?
